    Bartender Fees
    Bartender charge will be assessed to all bars at $20.00 per bartender per hour, an additional 1.5 hours per bartender will be charged for set up and teardown.

    Groups of 100 persons or more require two bartenders

    Special requests on all liquor including champagne and wine must be paid for in advance. An off duty police officer must be present during the hours the alcohol is being served. This is a $35 per hour cost.
